Well the wife's away up north visiting her very sick Dad and I planned a super fun-filled weekend with Sam and Sara with lots of activities and food, food, food. And I planned on doing lots of research and writing when they settle for the naps. The plans have gone poof.

Sara woke up with a fever and Sam's down with the flu. So super Dad packed the kids into the car, zipped over to the super and stocked up on all their favorite fluids and fruits. Sam's easy to handle. His PS2 is his medicine. Sara will need her room service available all weekend (that's me by the way).

Another short eventful chapter in the topsy-turvy-plan-your-weekend-but-be-prepared-for-it-to-get-screwed-up life of a work-at-home-everything-can-do Dad. But I remember to see the silver lining in every cloud. At least I'm not sick too
