Google Estimated To Have One Million Servers

Pandia.com estimates that Google has approximately one million servers in operation. I don't really know if that's a true estimate, but I do know that when I WANT my Adsense stats, it's always there and always fast, which is why I believe this to be true.

Given that Google is the defacto Search Engine and that thousands (if not millions of people) earn money through their Adsense program, I find the fact that I have (sort of) a million servers at my disposal very re-assuring. Then again, when I get paranoid, I start to think what a humongous mess it would be if all them servers somehow got hacked and went on the blink! Egads... how would I indulge in my favorite pastime - Adsense stats watching???
